How much do you charge for installation and technical support?

How experienced are your engineers?
Jon Neal is a qualified Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Small Business Specialist with over 10 years experience in the IT industry.

What areas do you cover?
We work mostly in Preston and Lancashire but we will travel to anywhere in the North-West.
 

Is telephone support available?
Yes. We offer telephone and remote IT support. We can also connect remotely into your computer to fix a problem, or to show you how to do something.
 

Do you supply new equipment?
Yes, we can specify, order and install most IT equipment, including PCs, laptops, servers, routers, printers, widescreen TVs etc.

 

Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes, we have a monthly 'membership' arrangement to cover telephone and remote support. We can also include a fixed number of hours on-site work per month, if required.

Can you install or provide help with other equipment?
Yes, we can also help to configure your telephone system, fax machine, mobile phone, printer etc.
 

Do you provide technical support for Apple Mac, or linux?
Yes. We are Microsoft specialists, but we also have experience with Apple Mac and linux.
