How much do you charge?
We charge £38 per hour (excl. VAT), or £200 per day (excl. VAT) when booked in advance. A discount may be agreed for regular customers.

How experienced are your engineers?
Our engineers are highly experienced in the IT industry. We are a registered partner of Microsoft and have access to the latest Microsoft software and technical support information.
 

What areas do you cover?
We are based in Preston and cover the whole of the North-West, including Preston, Leyland, Chorley, Lancaster, Blackpool, Bolton, Southport, Wigan and Manchester.
 

Do you supply hardware and software?
Yes, we can specify, order and install most brands of hardware and software.
 

Is there a call-out charge?
No, there is no call-out charge for companies within easy reach of Preston. For companies based in Manchester, there is a minimum charge of 2 hours work (i.e. £76 + VAT).
 

Is telephone support available?
Yes. Telephone and remote IT support are available for a regular monthly payment.
 

Do you offer maintenance contracts?
We can arrange hardware maintenance contracts for most office equipment, e.g. PCs, servers, printers. Please call for a quote.
 

Can you work in the evening or at the weekend?
We can also cover evenings and weekends if necessary. A higher rate may be charged for Sundays or Bank Holidays.
